North Seattle Exterior Renovation
After many years of deferred maintenance this community had failed siding, paint and dry rot. Our team brought the community back to life with needed repairs and paint!
South Seattle HOA Exterior Paint
This project has multiple 'blocks' with multiple units in each. Last year we helped this community with 4+ blocks and they requested us to come back for 3 more this year!
Redmond Condos
Highly technical exterior paint project. Our team worked with residents and the property manager to help manage access and lifts in a very confined space for a successful completion with minimal impact to residents!
Redmond decking replacement
As with all decks in the PNW, eventually they will need help. Our team is experienced in evaluation and repair! We can evaluate decking, railing and structure on site and provide options to maximize return on investment!
Drywall Patch Work
